   - the latex command now writes the dvi into the directory where the
     tut file is, so dvips can find it (even if this is not the current
     working directory)

   - fixed latex export, when filename contains '_'
	- added average and percents to statistics

1999/12/03: gtut-1.0-4 released
   - fixed bug in display, when showing all, and one sum was not defined
     the column was missing, instead of just empty. So all following
     numbers were too far left
